Mark Grayson is a Distinguished Consulting Engineer at Cisco with responsibility for leading Cisco's mobile architecture strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, ranging from the development of military systems, the definition of satellite communication architectures, the evolution of traditional cellular systems through to the creation of the latest small cell solutions.
Kwon Jang Ahn is CMO at Contela. Contela is a leading femtocell company which has a variety of femtocell products. The company is reported to deliver the end to end solution for SK Telecom's femtocell commercial service. Jang Ahn is one of the founders of Contela and started with the responsibility of development for the core network and system engineering. He has responsible for marketing and sales since 2004. Jang Ahn has great knowledge and experiences for global market including Japan as well as Korea. Previously he was a senior research engineer at SK Telecom where he worked on two-way paging, LMDS, and 3G wireless systems.
Jang Ahn has a MS degree and a BS degree in electronics engineering from Seoul National University in Korea.
Dr. Natasha Tamaskar brings over 20 years of industry experience with particular expertise in FMC solutions. As GENBAND's Vice President of Planning and Standards, Dr. Tamaskar drives the planning and strategy for GENBAND's forward looking products and solutions. Prior to GENBAND, Dr. Tamaskar held various senior Product Management/Marketing positions for NextPoint Networks, Reef Point and Nortel. Dr. Tamaskar holds a Ph.D. in Computational Physics from the Liquid Crystal Institute at Kent State University.
Rupert Baines Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communications at Mindspeed, following the acquisition of Picochip where he was Vice President of Marketing.
He has over twenty experience in technology marketing, working on commercializing many leading-edge technologies. He spent six years with Analog Devices in Boston, working on semiconductors for GSM and wireless infrastructure before managing the company's broadband product line and holding responsibility for the industry-standard ADSL chipset. He has also worked for operators, most recently as Director of Product Development and Strategy for Atlantic Telecom, where he ran a large pan-European DSL rollout and trialed wireless broadband deployments.
Rupert has been on the Forum's Board since 2007, and serves as Chair of the Marketing Working Group.
He has a BSc from Hull University, an MBA from IESE, is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
Randy Cox is Head of Product Management for Small Cells within Nokia Siemens Networks. He is responsible for the Small Cell strategy, product portfolio and driving business development for small cells at Nokia Siemens Networks. In this role, he works closely with NSN's customers and regional teams around the world to ensure the product portfolio meets our customer's needs and enables new business with small cell technology.
Prior to leading the Small Cell Product Management team, Randy has been focused on leading 4G Business Development globally for both NSN and previously at Motorola Networks prior to the acquisition by Nokia Siemens Networks in 2011. Before this, Randy's role was Director, CDMA Program Management Office for the Motorola CDMA Systems Division. Prior to joining Motorola, he was part of the development team at Tellabs Inc. Randy has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and throughout his career has held various leadership roles, including software development, system integration, program management and business development.
Randy earned a BSEE from Marquette University.
As VP of International Sales, Len Eisenstein is responsible for international sales activity for Public Wireless. Mr. Eisenstein has had various sales leadership roles with companies such as Optichron, Azaire Networks, Proxim Wireless, IP Infusion, Larscom, Trillium Digital Systems (Intel Company), Dagaz Technologies and at Telco Systems. Mr. Eisenstein holds a business degree from NYU.
As VP of Product Management, Murat Erkam is responsible for the planning, development, P&L and go-to-market strategy for Public Wireless' innovative small cell solutions. Mr. Erkam has had various sales leadership, business development, product management and sales engineering positions at Powerwave, ADC Telecommunications and NewNet. Mr. Erkam holds an M.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
Todd Mersch is the Director of Software and Solutions including Trillium. Todd's expertise in communications systems ranges from the end-to-end network architecture to protocol software layer details, with a primary focus in 3G and LTE wireless technologies.
Todd has a B.S. in systems and information engineering from University of Virginia and a M.S. in systems architecture and engineering from USC.
Manish Singh is CTO at embedded wireless infrastructure experts, Radisys, boasting 17 years' experience in the telecom industry. Before joining Radisys in 2011, Manish was the VP of Product Line Management at Continuous Computing. Manish has also held management and architect positions at Intel Corporation and Trillium Digital Systems.

The mobile operator Network Norway is focused on the business market in Norway and has more than 9000 companies as customers. The company was established in 2006 and is owned by the Swedish company Tele2 AB. Other brands in Tele2 Norway are Tele2, OneCall and Lebara. Ileana is the Director for Service Standards with AT&T, an organization leading the company's standardization efforts for the wireless/wireline applications and next generation handsets and smart card platforms.
Ileana joined AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1983 as an expert in Intelligent Networks, enhanced wireless services and wireless-wireline integration. In 1994 she joined AT&T Wireless Services where she focused on definition and standardization of the network signaling and on the design and systems engineering of the IP data networks.
She has demonstrated leadership within standards organizations such as the 3GPP, W3C, GSMA and IETF and was instrumental in the IETF-3GPP/OMA collaboration definition from its inception.
Presently, Ileana is V-chair of the OMA Board and AT&T representative on W3C Advisory Committee.

Small Cell Forum

Simon Saunders was appointed chair of the Small Cell Forum in July 2007.
Simon has specialised in wireless communications throughout his career – in both industry and academia. He is currently an independent consultant, working for regulators and technology firms and a visiting professor at the University of Surrey. Simon has acted as a consultant to a wide range of companies, including BAA, BBC, Mitsubishi, British Land, O2, Ofcom, BT, ntl and many others. He has invented more than 15 patented technologies and has written more than 130 publications in learned journals, international conferences and book chapters.
For several years he worked in an advanced development role for Philips Telecom, including the standardisation of the TETRA air interface for digital Private Mobile Radio. He led a team designing technology for a novel two-way paging system. Simon also spent one year working with the Ascom in Switzerland, defining product technologies and system design solutions for the first generation of TETRA handsets and base stations.
In 1995 Simon worked for Motorola in their GSM Research Group, designing air interface and system planning enhancements leading to increased capacity second generation GSM systems. This included several patented advances in antenna, modem and cellular architectures. Simon lectured on mobile systems and led a research team within the Centre for Communication Systems Research at The University of Surrey for seven years.
As Chief Technology Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Cellular Design Services Ltd., Simon developed a suite of software tools and services for auditing and planning a wide variety of in-building radio systems.

Andy Germano was appointed vice-chair in July 2009. Andy has more than 22 years of telecoms and wireless experience including large companies (Verizon, Nortel, QUALCOMM) and start-up companies (Tantivy, WiDeFi, AuthenTec).
Andy has experience working in engineering, product management and business development and marketing across the femto eco-system including: carrier, infrastructure, consumer electronics and semiconductor for both wireline and wireless (GSM & CDMA) ventures. He is a member of IEEE Standards Association and was involved in the creation of the 802.16 standard as well as participation in several other 802 wireless standards (802.11; 802.15).
Andy was also instrumental in the creation of the WWINA (Wireless Wideband InterNet Access) standard as part of the T1P1 via 3GPP. Andy has an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Outside of Small Cell Forum, Nick founded ip.access in 1999. Until 2006 he led the engineering team, delivering the profitable nanoGSM products to the business. He then led ip.access' 3G femtocell technology into partnership with Cisco and the world's largest femto deployment with AT&T. After two years with customers and partners in the USA, he has returned to the UK to lead the business's next generation technology activities, including LTE and multi-standard basestations and networks. Nick has a PhD in Microwave Scanned Imaging Techniques from University College, London, and an MA in Physics from the University of Cambridge.
