5G is high on the agenda right across the two-day event, as well as the strategies and technologies enabling its roll-out. However, we’re already seeing a large amount of interest in a few of our key topic areas. These include:
Disaggregated architectures: We have a line-up of experts talking about 5G and the shape of RANs to come, mapping of splits to different deployment scenarios and an update on SCF’s 5G FAPI.
Neutral hosts: This is an emerging and growing sector of our industry and one within the forum we have been noticing a lot of interest in. Our speakers will be discussing neutral hosting and shared spectrum, multi-operator RANs, multi-operator-as-a-service for enterprise and wholesale mobile networks.
IOT & critical comms with Private LTE, 5G & Edge computing: Another growing area of the industry. We’ll be looking at customer experiences with private LTE, where Edge has the edge and connecting IoT devices, Edge data centres, and private networks to create smarter buildings.
