In September 2015, Small Cell Forum will meet hold our European plenary in Rome with discussion, debate and new work items to accelerate the wide scale adoption of small cells and kick-off the work items associated with our expanded HetNet remit. This year, we’re also hosting the ‘Small Cells Champions’ open day at which members and invited guests will share success stories, innovations and current thinking.

Open to both members and non-members of Small Cell Forum, this event will draw together thought leaders and influencers within the industry to hear how small cells are being deployed currently and understand how organizations within the industry intend to address issues around license exempt and Wi-Fi integration, virtualization, multi operator support, HetNet & SON. It’s the perfect environment to exchange ideas and network, where frank and open debate will be encouraged, but within agreed privacy rules.

Are you a small cells champion?

A key part of the day will see operators and vendors share their deployment stories in our ‘State of the Market’ workshop. The TED style presentations will outline recent breakthroughs in small cell technologies, best practice deployment approaches and business models from technology providers.

We’re gathering together the champions of the small cells world to share small cell innovations and deployment success stories.
