As well as hosting our AGM, our European plenary is always the year’s most lively meeting, enabling us to spend concentrated time progressing our work items. There will be a focus on the Forum’s role in delivering integrated HetNets as well as developing our recent work on virtualization, Wi-Fi integration, SON and LTE in unlicensed spectrum.

We are also hosting an ‘Open Day’ at which members and invited guests will share deployment success stories, innovations and debate the future of our industry. The Small Cells Champions Day is open to both members and non-members and will draw together thought leaders and influencers to hear how small cells are being deployed across the globe. Attendees will also learn about our current initiatives to address issues around license exempt and Wi-Fi integration, virtualization, multi operator support, HetNet & SON.

The presentations will outline recent breakthroughs in small cell technologies, best practice deployment approaches and business models from technology providers.
