Privacy Statement

Small Cell Forum (SCF) is a not-for-profit membership organisation established in 2007 and housed within an English company limited by guarantee. Our mission is to drive the wide-scale adoption of small cells and accelerate the delivery of integrated HetNets.

The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you about the way your personal data is handled and protected by SCF in accordance with UK law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679

This privacy statement sets out how the SCF Secretariat (hereafter “SCF”) uses and protects any personal data that you give us when you use this website, when you use the SCF Portal and services or when you provide SCF with your personal data by mail or e-mail.

We collect your personal data only when you have provided it voluntarily when you use our services and interact with us. Data provided when downloading documents enables us to become more familiar with which customers visit our site and what documents are of most interest to which customers.

Personal data held online, in hard copy form or in other electronic forms by SCF is used for tracking, communicating with and servicing potential and actual customers.

Optionally, the user can provide:

  • LinkedIn profile

Unless specifically requested and using the method we have specifically identified for such purpose, we ask you not to send us any confidential or sensitive personal data such as, but not limited to, national ID or passport number, credit card number, health insurance number, driving license number, photos, videos, birthdays or equivalent.

You can use this website without divulging any personal information.

Voluntary information

We may occasionally ask for further information about you to enable us to better provide you with appropriate services. You may at any time request that this information be removed from our database by writing to info@smallcellforum.org

Children’s privacy

Our website is open to an overall audience and is designed to allow visitors to browse through the website without providing any personal data.

However, when the collection of personal data is required or permitted, this is not to attract children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13 and will immediately destroy such information from our records if we discover it.
